Sekak is a modern residential development by Wathba Investment Company, located in Masharef Hills, north of Riyadh. Spanning 10,700 square meters, the project features 56 contemporary houses designed with a distinctive identity, smart space utilization, complete privacy, and a lifestyle that elevates upscale residential living.
At YaStudio, we developed Sekak’s branding to make it a true "branded housing experience," encompassing wayfinding and the overall resident journey. The landscape-inspired logo symbolizes the project’s expansion, with each letter designed as an iconic element adaptable across various applications.
The elegant color palette reflects the project’s lush surroundings and complements the identities of its four residential clusters, each named after flowering plants: Lavender, Arak, Shamrock, and Arta.
