AWFAD is a 4-star hotel founded in 2016 with an ideal location in the heart of the commercial hub of the capital Riyadh and situated on King Fahd Road, which provides convenient access to central government offices and the city’s business district. AWFAD offers various symbols of modern contemporary rooms and suites comfortably designed and furnished to ensure the guest’s utmost comfort and fully equipped with ultra-modern technology complemented by the magnificent city and garden views.
Waseel Properties have operated AWFAD, an investment and real estate development company since 2016, focusing on hospitality projects.
AWFAD combines Salmani exterior and contemporary interior.
We at YaStudio created the name of the hotel AWFAD to make it very welcoming. The logo combines multiple heritage elements shaping the letters in a unique shape. Colors, patterns, and other assets all mixed heritage with modernity.
